This cab
is the only cab worthy of being the little brother to the
MONSTER. It shares many of the same features as the MONSTER
only in
a more
compact affordable unit. That is why we named it the MINI. It
is 51" wide with a 44" seating surface. The MINI is the most
versatile
and
transformable pedalcab ever created. It's list of standard
features surpass what other companies consider to be
options. Heavy duty
wheels, sealed bearings and waterproof
seats are all Standard. We don't cut corners we reinforce
them. When we say trasformable we
mean
it. You can start with a base model that includes all the
standard options listed above. The base can be pulled by any
standard
mountain bike and it comes with a hitch. You
can then choose to add the backlit feature to the front and rear
panels. The backlit feature
adds
very little weight and can still be pulled with a regular mountain
bike. If you believe like we do however, that you should work
smarter
not harder you can add the electric bike
option. As if that is not enough we can add on a Surrey or
Bimini top, MP3 player for skip free playback,
DVD
navigation, Satellite tracking hardware for company owners to follow
their bike movement, or any thing else you can dream up. We
will
custom build to suit any needs.

includes: Powdercoated frame in your choice of
color without sign space. Includes high-pressure tires
and heavy-duty wheels. Wheels are 48 spoke and
include tires with a 130psi rating and
sealed bomb proof hubs. Water-proof seats and
diamond plate
floors. We also offer many upgrades
including chrome finish plus all those listed below. The chrome
finish is VERY durable and resists
scratching better than
powdercoating.
We have just
added a new advertising panel option. You can now order you
cab with ad panels that allow for easy removal of the advertising
media. The past models required the advertising to be applied
using a large sticker. Although this works great if you are
going to be running the same ads for long periods, it made it
impossible to easily remove and re-install later. Our new
system allows you to remove and re-use the same ad panel over and
over. This works great if you are alternating ads for different
sponsors. Best of all the advertiser only has to pay for the
printing once. Using this new system ads can be interchanged
within minutes. It is simple to do and can be done by just one
person.
Our Pedicabs
are all Hand-Built in house from the ground up. Each cab is
custom built to your specifications. You choose the colors and
the options and we make it happen. We dont just put the cabs
together from parts and supplies someone else builds. We
fabricate everything in our facility in Phoenix, AZ.

Seller (PedalTek LLC) makes no warranties as to
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; either express
or implied, and disclaims any responsibility for the product when
used not as intended or by inappropriate users. Pedicabs are
sold without warranty due to the comercial use of the equipment and
the fact that we can not monitor the use and-or abuse that an
individual puts the pedicab through.
PURCHASER'S
RESPONSIBILITY:
You must inspect all equipment before using it and to take full
responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working
order and safe to use. You further understand that you are
responsible for damage to equipment. Purchaser understands the
nature of Pedicabs and related activities and acknowledges that
Purchaser is qualified to operate said pedicab, and is in proper
physical condition to participate in such activity. Purchaser agrees
to assume all risks when allowing others to operate Purchasers
pedicab. If Purchaser is not familiar with the nature
of pedicab riding, Purchaser should seek
professional training before operating a pedicab.
Warranty is voided
if product is used in competitive sport, modified, open, rented,
and/or ridden by more than one person at a time or used for jumping,
stunts or similar activity.
Do
not allow others to use the pedicab without proper
instructions. Ride only in good weather, on smooth surfaces.
Remember to always operate your pedicab with the proper safety
gear and helmet. The pedicab is not intended for operation on uneven
or dirt roadways and should not be operate in traffic or be used by
persons unwilling or unable to take responsibility for their own
actions. It is not intended for drivers younger of 18
years old.
INHERENT RISKS: Warning! Pedicabbing
activities involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury
including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment
and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by
Purchasers own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of
others, participating or not participating in the activity, the
condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of
others. There may be additional risks, including social and economic
loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser, not readily foreseeable,
and Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such
risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of Purchaser
participation in operatring a pedicab.
OPERATION,
REGISTRATION AND LICENSE:
Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the pedicab
accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no
representations that the pedicab is legal for operation in your City
and State. Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older.
All
sales are final. There are no refunds for any reason. If there
are any defects upon receipt of the item, Buyer must notify us
within 5 Days for an exchange or repair free of charge. This
warranty is extended to replacement parts & for defects in
material or workmanship. This warranty does NOT extend to the
transportation cost to repair or replace either product or parts. We
will not refund or pay for shipping cost of any reason. Our warranty
does not extend to those items identified as standard & "wear
and tear" items (i.e. tires, seats, batteries
AND paint damage during shipping). Our warranty does not extend
to consumer abuse, neglect or ignorance. Items must be returned in
its original and unused condition. Item must also be in its original
box & packaging. We reserve the right to not warranty an item if
found to be in USED condition. If Item is damaged from shipping, the
buyer must call UPS / FEDEX / TRUCKING COMPANY to file an insurance
claim immediately.
All
individuals purchasing a pedicab trailer from PedalTek agree to the
following terms:
- I (the purchaser) agree to not duplicate, copy, imitate or
build any pedicab utilizing any of the design characteristics
of the PedalTek pedicab trailer.
- I will not help, advise or assist any other individual that
is attempting to build, duplicate or imitate a pedicab trailer
with design characteristics similar to the PedalTek pedicab
trailer.
- I will not modify, transform, add or remove any structural
parts of the PedalTek pedicab frame.
- I will only replace worn parts with parts similar in
quality to the parts that came with the PedalTek pedicab
trailer.
- I realize that any violation of the above referenced items
will subject me to a lawsuit and that PedalTek will prosecute all
offenders to the full extent of the
law.
